Registered Nurse - Relief

Join our team as a Registered Nurse

Providing compassionate, comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.

• Performing assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documenting in the EMR system (EPIC).
• Supporting providers during diagnostic procedures, medication administration, IV starts, and patient education.
• Collaborating with care teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure patient flow.
• Maintaining clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation and organization requirements.

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days.
• Preferably 1+ year of outpatient or clinical RN experience.
• BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Empathy, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to support patient-centered care and work collaboratively with healthcare providers.
