Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation
Surry County Jail, North Carolina
6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Schedule (Includes Every Other Weekend)
Job DescriptionAs an LPN in this setting, you’ll deliver patient care with confidence and independence while collaborating with a supportive medical team. Your night will include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to medical needs
- Assisting with sick call and chronic care clinics
- Performing intake screenings and health assessments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborating with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure continuity of care
