We are seeking Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate patient care in the Hampton Roads area.
ResponsibilitiesCollecting patient data, administering medications, reinforcing education, providing wound care, supervising unlicensed staff, collecting specimens, ensuring equipment functionality, calling providers for orders, coordinating care, inserting IV lines, monitoring intake/output, cleaning tracheostomy ties, responding to emergencies, maintaining narcotics logs, and assisting with activities of daily living. Additional duties involve proper hand hygiene, patient positioning, transferring, bathing, personal care, feeding, and recording vital signs.
QualificationsActive LPN license, minimum one year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, COVID vaccination or weekly testing, ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend without restrictions.
