The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This full-time position offers a unique schedule of four 10-hour shifts each week (Friday-Monday), giving you three consecutive days off every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday while making a meaningful impact on resident care.

- Oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
- Lead, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with individualized care plans
- Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and families
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care transitions
- Promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Support infection prevention, quality measures, and positive clinical outcomes
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN or LPN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
