Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
- Support mealtime assistance and daily routines
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Active North Carolina CNA certification required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and resident care skills
