Leadership Without the Office Politics

If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing career but still want to provide direct patient care, this opportunity offers the perfect balance.

As the Clinical Lead at Southern Health Partners, you'll oversee the medical operation during your shift while remaining actively involved in patient care. You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions, partner with an experienced nurse working the opposite rotation, and help ensure quality healthcare for an underserved patient population.

Unlike traditional management positions, this role allows you to lead without managing a large team or spending your day behind a desk. You'll enjoy the independence to run your shift, build strong relationships with your patients, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care while serving as the clinical leader during your shift

Coordinate daily medical operations and ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare providers to deliver quality patient outcomes

Support clinical excellence while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
