Overview

Interim Health Care is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team in Wallace, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse/RN with previous home care supervisory experience. The position requires a daily commute to the Wallace office location, and a company car will be provided for all supervisory visits.

Full Time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm for 3 days per week.

• Supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees.
• Follow accepted standards of clinical practice.
• Use critical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population.
• Contribute to business growth by presenting information, education, and support to external customers as requested.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two to three years of geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven years (preferred).
• One to two years of home care and/or facility staffing or related healthcare organization experience managing caregivers within the last five years.
• Strong supervisory background, critical thinking skills, and working knowledge of home care.
