Location: Rutherfordton
Rutherford Regional Health System in North Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool to deliver high-quality care across multiple acute-care units. You will collaborate with the care team, perform assessments and implement plans of care.
The ideal candidate is licensed in NC, has an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and 1–3 years of acute-care experience, with BLS/ACLS/PALS within 30 days. This is a day-shift, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
