Wilkes County Schools is seeking a licensed School Nurse to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate health services across the district within the Coordinated School Health Program. The nurse will serve all Wilkes County schools as program manager, case manager, educator and advocate.
Responsibilities include health promotion, data collection for evidence-based practice, collaboration with students, families and staff, and adherence to NC Nurse Practice Act.
