• Provide general and clinical orientation to new staff members.
• Provide live annual training sessions monthly so you have time and opportunity to interact with the staff.
• Track training attendance, competencies, and state and federal requirements for all staff in Relias.
• Conduct hands on skills fairs.
• Perform and track competency evaluations.
• Lead our Mentor Program.
• Evaluate and educate individual needs of the staff at the center.
• Responsible for the administration of the center's Infection Prevention and Infection Control Program. You will identify, investigate, and report infections and communicable diseases and educate staff on the control and prevention of those infections.

• Associate degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of NC.
• Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
• Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education and Staff Development experience strongly preferred.
• CDC - IPCO Certification required or must be willing to complete within 5 days of employment.

Zebulon Rehabilitation Center, located at 509 W Gannon Ave Zebulon, NC 27597, is a 60 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with up to 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
