• Implement healthcare quality assessment and control systems in coordination with regulatory compliance and internal standards.
• Participate in the development of nursing protocols and procedures.
• Oversee the continuous education, training, and professional development of the nursing staff.
• Manage patient care plans, ensuring all practices are evidence-based and up-to-date.
• Facilitate collaboration among nursing staff, doctors, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Proficient in managing clinical care and patient-centered approaches
• Adept in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
