As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests. About the Role:In this full-time position, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care to our guests. As an STNA, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting with range of motion exercises and vital signs monitoring
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
- Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
