Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EHR (Paragon).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
