Clinical Manager (RN) – PACE ProgramSalary: $76,424 – $102,707
Requirements to Apply- Active RN license (North Carolina or eligible)
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in ambulatory care, home health, long-term care, or PACE preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, IV skills, and geriatric care experience
- BLS and First Aid certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership, training, and policy implementation experience
The Clinical Manager (RN) provides leadership and oversight of clinic and day center operations, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care for elderly participants. This role collaborates closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams while supervising nursing staff and care coordinators. Responsibilities include managing workflows, supporting clinical processes, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a team‑based, patient-focused environment.
