Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team in NC. The role requires an unrestricted RN or LPN license and CPR certification, with a new shift differential of $5 for 3 PM–11 PM and $3 for 11 PM–7 AM.
A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is offered. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN/LPN will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, health education, and services for residents.
