Summary/Objective In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the Unit Manager Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, and documentation. The Unit Manager Nurse Supervisor provides supervision of staff and will safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all Residents/residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Follow established safety precautions when preforming tasks and using equipment and supplies.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has direct supervisor responsibilities for CNAs Certified Nurse Aides and other personnel assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current State License as a RN or LPN
- CPR Certified
Preferred Education and Experience
- One year experience as a nurse in a long-term care setting.
