Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,415 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Edenton, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) at an organization located in Edenton, North Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality patient care on a medical surgical floor, with a focus on efficient clinical documentation and adherence to established protocols. The role offers a 13-week assignment, primarily scheduled during daytime shifts.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid North Carolina or compact licensed registered nurse (RN) license; BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification; ability to read strips; 80-mile radius rule; preferred EPIC documentation experience; travel experience; PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification; scrubs in black or white; willing to work six weekend shifts within a six-week schedule;
  
  minimum one year of experience (or equivalent), ongoing clinical competency.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with EPIC documentation system, previous travel experience, and scrubs preference.
• Additional Information:
  This position requires a minimum of 13 weeks in duration, working 36 hours per week with a schedule starting on 08/24/2026.
