Position Summary

Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participate in the assessment of patients. Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attend educational programs and staff orientation which promote professional development. Develop a leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participate in Service Excellence Program.

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• LPN Diploma
• Active NC LPN License or compact state

$21.96 - $32.01

• Position: 1.0 FTE (5) 8-hour shifts per week.
