Clinical Lead – Southern Health Partners

Job Location:

Stokes County Jail, North Carolina

Position Type:
Full Time – 12‑hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) with rotating schedule including every other weekend. No travel required.

Salary Range: $28.00 – $36.00 hourly.

• Provide direct nursing care while acting as the clinical leader during the shift.
• Coordinate daily medical operations and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and external healthcare providers to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Support clinical excellence while fostering a positive, team‑oriented environment.

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Correctional nursing experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage the shift.
