Location: China Grove
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Salisbury Visits team in North Carolina on a part-time, per-visit basis. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to geriatric clients in their homes within Rowan County and surrounding areas.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, manage medications and treatments, document care via EMR, and coordinate case management across services.
