Locum Tenens Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Night Shift in Franklin, North Carolina.   Locum Tenens Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Healthcare Setting:
  Acute Care, Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Facility: 30-bed hospital with a 17-bed emergency department
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00PM – 7:00AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 09/22/2025 – End: 12/22/2025)
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend
• EMR System:
  Cerner
• Scrub Color:
  Navy Blue
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800-$1840

• Active RN license (North Carolina or compact state preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU, Step Down, or Progressive Care nursing experience
• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Outgoing personality preferred

• Provide high-quality nursing care to acute and progressive care patients
• Manage patient ratios:
  Med/Surg 6:1 (occasionally 7:1), ICU/Step Down 4:1
• Assist with procedures including thoracentesis, ventilator management, arterial lines, central lines, and dressing changes
• Float to Emergency Department as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR
