Warren County Health Department seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing services and promote lifestyle changes through Health Risk Assessments, Exerstyle-Plus, and chronic disease management education, coordinating all aspects of the Exerstyle Plus Program with the Chronic Care Team. Must be licensed as an RN in North Carolina, with 2 years of nursing experience (including 1 year in public health); BSN or equivalent preferred.
Valid NC driver's license required.
