Registered Nurse Supervisor

Siler City Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing and rehab facility, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead compassionate, resident-centered care. In this role, you'll oversee nursing staff, coordinate assessments and care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to residents
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring resident responses and updating care plans as needed
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize clinical outcomes
• Provide clinical leadership on the unit, including mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards in all resident care activities
• Communicate effectively with residents and families, addressing concerns and educating on care plans
• Participate in staff training, orientation, and ongoing professional development initiatives
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and delegation to maintain safe nurse-to-resident ratios
• Respond to emergencies, perform clinical interventions, and escalate concerns to leadership as appropriate
