Position Details

Now Hiring:
Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts:

7PM–7AM, 7AM-7PM, PRN and PT

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards
Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the State of North Carolina (required)
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience (preferred)
