We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant at our facility, you will provide essential support to residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality care. A CNA's role is invaluable in helping our team deliver exceptional outcomes!
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties, Responsibilities &Qualifications:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Obtain accurate vital signs.
Electronic documentation via Point Click Care.
Provide support with meals, hydration, and overall comfort needs.
Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through warm, engaging interaction.
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to licensed nursing staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans as directed.
MUST hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina
. (If certified in another state, can hire on as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) until reciprocity has been completed to transfer to NC)Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required. Newly certified are welcome to apply.
