As our Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control RN
, you will:

• Provide orientation and clinical training for new employees
• Conduct monthly live training sessions and hands-on skills fairs
• Track staff training, competencies, and regulatory requirements in Relias
• Perform competency evaluations and identify individual staff education needs
• Lead and support our Mentor Program
• Administer the center’s Infection Prevention and Control Program
• Monitor, investigate, and report infections and communicable diseases
• Educate staff on infection prevention and control practices
• Help maintain compliance with state and federal requirements

• ASN or higher in Nursing required
• Active, unrestricted NC RN license required
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Long-term care/SNF experience or clinical education/staff development experience strongly preferred
• CDC IPCO certification required or willingness to obtain within 5 days of employment

, Zebulon Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing center offering long-term residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our center features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day admissions, a rehabilitation gym, and therapy services available up to 7 days a week.
