- Leading and facilitating the delivery of nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being
- Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Delegating, supervising, and documenting care and patient education
- Implementing medically prescribed interventions
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina (or eligible via eNLC)
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
- Compassion, dedication, and flexibility
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to various roles
