Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU or Telemetry
Role Overview :Provide high-quality, safe care in an acute-care hospital setting, monitoring and assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and operate specialized equipment
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Follow hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (within 12 months)
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
