• Serve as a leader within the healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to support patients' health journeys.
• Maintain responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of acute nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
