• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• PRN: All Shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

• LTC/SNF Experience Preferred
