Responsibilities include:

Assess patients and respond to routine and urgent medical needs

Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the medical provider

Accurately document assessments, treatments, and medication administration

Assist with emergency response and patient care coordination

Maintain medication accountability and clinical documentation

Follow established policies, protocols, and safety standards

Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and correctional staff to ensure quality patient care

What We're Looking For Current North Carolina RN license or Paramedic certification

Current CPR certification

Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with excellent critical thinking skills

Correctional or emergency healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
