• RN to Unit Manager

• Unit Manager to ADON

• ADON to DON

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition

• Report changes in resident status and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Supervise and support LPNs and Nursing Assistants

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote a safe, compassionate, resident-centered environment

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
