- Practical Nursing accredited program diploma or certificate
- Current and valid North Carolina LPN license
- One year of general LPN experience, preferably within the last three years
Supports senior independence through nursing assessment, triage, care coordination, education, and interdisciplinary teamwork while delivering compassionate, participant-centered care.
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability
- CME (Continuing Medical Education)
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care team environment
- Opportunity to support seniors in maintaining independence and living at home
- Bilingual ability and ambulatory healthcare experience preferred
