Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a caring environment.

• Assisting in directing nursing services for a designated unit under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delegating duties to nursing staff and monitoring their performance.
• Observing patients for symptoms or reactions indicating adverse changes.
• Notifying physicians of emergencies or patient deaths and implementing orders as instructed.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Current valid LPN license from the appropriate licensing board.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to provide quality patient care, follow medical orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
