At the Craven County Jail
, you'll work alongside a dedicated healthcare team providing essential medical care while enjoying a structured 35-hour-per-week rotating schedule
.
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
