Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a compassionate environment.

• Ensure patient care complies with physician's orders, regulations, and facility policies.
• Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous routes.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
• Perform scheduled treatments, document appropriately, and maintain infection control standards.
• Support documentation, record-keeping, and assessments for new admissions.
• Coordinate patient physicals and ensure timely completion of required documentation.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active, valid North Carolina nursing license.
• Current CPR certification and commitment to ongoing staff training.
• Ability to supervise staff, work dependably and flexibly, and collaborate effectively with team members and patients.
• Strong decision-making skills with an emphasis on patient safety and quality care.
• Genuine interest in geriatric nursing and patient-centered care.
