Location: Edenton
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Cancer Care, with locations across eastern North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient clinical care in their Edenton and Ahoskie locations. Applicants with 2 years of oncology experience are preferred.
ECU Health Cancer Care is the largest provider of oncology services in Eastern North Carolina.
Highlights- Employment by ECU Health Physicians
- 100% outpatient clinical care
- Established regional oncology practices which include infusion suites, patient exam rooms, and a team of experienced providers, nurses, and nurse navigators
- Monday-Friday schedule 8am- 4:30pm
- No Call
- Clinical responsibilities will include seeing patients in an ambulatory setting for follow-ups, survivorship visits, symptom management, medication refills, and chemotherapy oversight
- Provider will be supported with both regional and telemedicine oncology oversight
- Participation in tumor board conferences
- Opportunity to join a nine-hospital cancer care network that includes a four-hospital ACoS-CoC Integrated Network Cancer Program, an ACoS-CoC Community Cancer Program, and two NAPBC accredited breast centers
- Support from the ECU Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC which includes medical, radiation and surgical oncology experts
