At Anderson Health Services, we're building something special- a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to transforming lives through 24/7 mental and behavioral health support for youth with complex trauma histories.
We're currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help us build a positive, emotionally safe, and supportive environment where adolescents feel seen, heard, and empowered.
What You’ll Do:- Evaluating and implementing patient care plans tailored to individual needs
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions and progress
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Participating in daily updates with the Treatment Team to align care strategies
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
- A heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth
- A strong sense of empathy, emotional regulation, and openness to learning
- Must be 21 or older with a valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Be part of a passionate, mission-driven team
