Rock Outdoor is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Marine Service Writer to join our growing team!

Rock Outdoor is the region’s go-to destination for boating and marine recreation. From anglers and wake boarders to weekend cruisers and kayak explorers, we serve a community of people who live for the water. If you share that passion, you’ll feel right at home.

As our Marine Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) connecting customers to our expert marine service team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their boating and water-sport service needs
• Writing accurate work orders and coordinating service schedules
• Communicating clearly with technicians and customers
• Providing updates, estimates, and follow-ups throughout the repair process
• Ensuring every customer leaves confident and ready for their next adventure

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have strong communication and customer-service skills
• Are detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoy the boating and outdoor recreation world
• Can multitask in a dynamic shop environment
• Preferably have experience in marine, automotive, or powersports service writing (but we’ll train the right person!)
