Location: Hamlet, NC

Pay: $16.50

Shift: 2:45 pm – 1:15 am, Monday through Thursday

• Ensure all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards, safety, environmental, and ISO requirements.
• Manage QC lab processes, including testing, calibration, and verification of equipment.
• Enter and maintain accurate test results and documentation in the computer database (JDE).
• Support warehouse and production activities such as order fulfillment, inventory audits, and material handling.
• Assist in root cause analysis investigations for nonconforming products and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in science or engineering or 3+ years of QC laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and use RF scanners for inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, and climbing activities.
