Job Summary
Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

- 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions and eligible for E‑Verify.
- Physical ability to perform consistent activity (reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs).
- Understand written and verbal instructions, read and understand written estimates and work orders.
- Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
