What You’ll Be Doing- Perform sampling and testing of aggregates, concrete, and related materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate testing records and communicate results clearly to operations teams.
- Calibrate, operate, and care for laboratory and field testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying potential quality concerns and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist with customer support, troubleshooting, and product performance inquiries.
- Ability to perform accurate testing using established procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent documentation and communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfort working in field, plant, and laboratory settings.
- Commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $25.00 to $29.32 per hour
