Dixon Valve - 2925 Chief Court - Responsibilities:
Perform incoming inspections of externally sourced metal components using precision tools;
Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable standards;
Investigate defects and identify root causes using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, and FMEA;
Operate testing equipment (including CNG Series Test and HKAUTO systems) after training;
Prepare reports, including non-conformance and corrective action summaries
