QC Microbiology Night Shift Lead (Senior Supervisor)

I am currently seeking a high-caliber Quality Control professional to join a global leader in the healthcare manufacturing space. This organization is dedicated to life-saving products and is looking for a Senior Laboratory Supervisor who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop lab personnel; oversee shift priorities, performance reviews, and staff training.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure all testing (Bioburden, Micro , etc.) is performed with absolute precision, adhering to strict SOPs and regulatory standards.
Compliance & Investigations:
Lead Phase 1 laboratory investigations and manage non-conformance records within Track Wise (or similar QMS).
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Data Integrity:
Review technical documentation and ensure accurate reporting for timely product release.
Collaboration:
Act as the subject matter expert for night-shift operations, troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating with document control.
Experienced Leader:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a GxP lab environment (Pharmaceutical or Medical Device preferred).
Scientifically Grounded:
You hold a B.S. or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related Life Science field.
Technical Expert:
You possess a deep understanding of aseptic techniques, cGMP, GLP, and USP testing methodologies.
Communicator:
You are skilled at building trust, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining open dialogue within your team.
Reliable:
You are comfortable working in a manufacturing/lab environment and are committed to the responsibility of a night shift leadership role.
