Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities:
Verify GMPs and monitor lines for specification compliance throughout production;
Verify labels, lot codes, bags, boxes, and pallets are correctly adhered;
Assist Production with day-to-day quality problems to reach workable solutions;
Assist in ensuring microbiological swabs and samplings are performed at correct times and positions;
Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety policies and procedures
