Compensation: $21.20 per hour Shift/

Working Hours:

1st Shift Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the role:

Pride Staff is partnering with a local food manufacturing facility to hire a Quality Technician. This role ensures all food products, raw materials, and packaging meet strict safety and quality standards before reaching consumers.

What you will do:

• Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products for defects, weight accuracy, and contamination risks.
• Monitor plant compliance with HACCP, FDA, and USDA safety regulations, halting production lines if serious safety hazards occur.
• Swab equipment for sanitization checks, calibrate testing tools, and log test results and safety reports.

• High school diploma or GED with 1 to 2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying packaging, labeling, and facility cleanliness issues.
• Basic technical and lab skills, including experience with data entry, MS Office, and clear communication.
