This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Broker in Charge located in Zebulon, NC. The role entails overseeing daily operations within the brokerage, managing and mentoring agents, and ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assisting clients with property transactions, fostering positive relationships with clients and partners, and implementing best practices for efficient business operations.

• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance
• Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and management within a real estate setting
• Proven ability in client relationship management and negotiation
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Real Estate Broker License and substantial experience as a broker
• Familiarity with real estate technology tools and market analysis
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Zebulon, NC
