TEN, we believe strong communities start with strong leadership. We are seeking a driven, service-oriented Community Manager to lead North Meadows Estates in Randleman, North Carolina.
North Meadows Estates is a 203-homesite manufactured housing community in Randleman, and we're looking for a Community Manager who is excited to take ownership of the community's day-to-day operations, resident experience, and performance.
This is an opportunity to do more than simply keep a property running. You'll be the onsite leader residents know and trust, work closely with our District Manager to identify opportunities for improvement, and play an important role in making North Meadows Estates an even better place to live.
You'll have the support and resources of an established, growing company while still having the autonomy to make an impact at the property level. From building strong resident relationships and maintaining high community standards to managing collections and improving financial performance, you'll have meaningful ownership over the success of the community.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in running a great property, and knows how to balance excellent customer service with accountability and sound business judgment. Whether you've already led a community or you're an experienced property management professional ready for greater responsibility, what matters most is your ability to lead, solve problems, build relationships, and get results.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Community- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of a 207-homesite community.
- Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents and the onsite team.
- Lead and support onsite maintenance personnel and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed.
- Partner closely with the District Manager to execute community priorities, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set the standard for professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and resident service.
- Build strong relationships with residents and create a welcoming, well-managed community.
- Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with sound judgment.
- Communicate and enforce community policies fairly and consistently.
- Address violations and other community concerns proactively while maintaining positive resident relationships.
- Look for opportunities to strengthen resident satisfaction, engagement, and pride in the community.
- Manage key community performance areas, including collections, occupancy, operating expenses, and resident retention.
- Monitor property financials and operating metrics, identify trends, and take action when needed.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance management, and property-level reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, control expenses, and strengthen overall community performance.
