Poplar Land Management is currently searching for a full-time Office Manager to join our team in Harmony, North Carolina!

Poplar Land Management is a Poplar Land Company affiliate. Poplar Land is a brokerage and property services firm. We specialize in a three-phase "Acquire, Transform, and Manage" (ATM) process to help buyers purchase raw land, reshape it for recreation or agricultural use, and maintain its investment value.

• Pay: $50,000-$60,000/year

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two or more years of previous experience in office management and bookkeeping required
• Background in real estate of some capacity preferred
• Quick Books and CRM systems experience required
• Word Press, MLS, GIS Systems, Land  mapping equipment experience preferred

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Collaborate with the CPA to ensure accuracy in bookkeeping
• Reconciliation of reports
• Facilitate with business owner with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with real estate outreach for potential sellers by engaging them via letter, email, or phone
• Assist in real estate transactions by ensuring compliance and documentation, and facilitating my needs through each transaction
• Ensure that insurance, licensure, tags, and registrations are all up to date
• Act as an integral part of the team and one of the faces that represents Poplar Land in a long-term capacity
• Work with COO and Business Owner to continue to streamline the business to make it more profitable and efficient
