Postdoc Positions in Gravitational Physics
Five highly motivated and dynamic postdoc positions are available at the Center of Gravity, Niels Bohr Institute. The positions range from two to three years.
Preferred Starting Dates- Two postdocs from 1 September 2026, for a period of three years.
- Two postdocs from 1 September 2026, for a period of two years.
- One postdoc from 1 June 2026, for a period of two years and three months.
We seek exceptional individuals to contribute to research on black holes, gravitational motion, quantum aspects of spacetime, black hole spectroscopy, and gravitational wave physics.

Profile Essential Experience and Skills- PhD in Physics.
- Expertise in Numerical Relativity or the two‑body problem, or in environmental effects in strong‑field regions, or in quantum gravity theories.
- Proficient communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Position covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff. Salary supplement negotiable.
